    Our Client

    This privately owned company is a recognised leader in the Property Development industry. They are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support an entrepreneurial Managing Director in a role that will provide exposure to the business, and a chance to work closely with the Managing Director and the Senior Management Executives.

    The Job Description
    You will be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks;

    • Extensive diary management
    • Manage action items and meet with staff, clients and executives when required
    • Managing the office and correspondence with any relevant IT consultants and building management.
    • Coordinating domestic and international travel
    • Coordinating client functions and events
    • Managing external client relationships with key company stakeholders
    • Acting as a gatekeeper to screen all calls
    • All other Adhoc duties as requested by the Managing Director

    Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior management.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)and other relevant software such as Trello and Sharepoint.
    • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
    • A proactive approach with a flexible and adaptable nature, able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
