Our Client

This privately owned company is a recognised leader in the Property Development industry. They are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support an entrepreneurial Managing Director in a role that will provide exposure to the business, and a chance to work closely with the Managing Director and the Senior Management Executives.

The Job Description
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks;

Extensive diary management

Manage action items and meet with staff, clients and executives when required

Managing the office and correspondence with any relevant IT consultants and building management.

Coordinating domestic and international travel

Coordinating client functions and events

Managing external client relationships with key company stakeholders

Acting as a gatekeeper to screen all calls

All other Adhoc duties as requested by the Managing Director Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior management.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)and other relevant software such as Trello and Sharepoint.

Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
