    • Permanent full time positions on offer + Allowances
    • Field service fitter and workshop leading hand positions available
    • Work for a well established company in a friendly and supportive environment

    We are seeking a field service technician and workshop leading hand to join the company on a permanent full time basis working out of the Rutherford branch.
    The company is a leading mining vehicle, equipment manufacturer and hydraulics specialist that have been supplying the mining industry for over 40 years.
    With an increase in new contracts, there is need to employ an additional Field Service Fitter and leading hand full-time.

    Job Details:

    • $56.00-$58.00 per hour full time + vehicle
    • Monday - Friday, overtime and allowances
    • Field Service Technician opportunity
    • Workshop Leading Hand opportunity
    • Mining equipment, machinery, mining vehicles
    • Located in Rutherford, servicing the surrounding area

    Duties:

    • Attending breakdowns, servicing and on site maintenance
    • Diagnosing technical issues on a range of mining equipment
    • Preventative Maintenance and rebuilds
    • Repair and installation of fluid and hydraulic systems
    • Assembly and fit out of heavy vehicles
    • Site-specific modifications to machinery
    • OEM maintenance and warranty repairs
    • Planning & scheduling
    • Fault finding/electrical repairs

    Requirements

    • Trade Qualification
    • Previous Field Service breakdown experience is ideal
    • Experience servicing, repairing, and undertaking maintenance Heavy machinery and service vehicle experience
