About Our Client

Our client, located in Maroota, is an international leader in rendering, providing the domestic and international markets with the highest quality animal protein products.

We are currently recruiting a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join their maintenance team.
About the Job

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will carry out time critical breakdown repairs whilst ensuring scheduled maintenance work is carried out.

This hands-on role will also require you to schedule maintenance activities to ensure production targets and minimum down time targets are achieved on a daily basis
About You

  • A mechanical Trade qualification
- essential (Relevant tickets to perform tasks)

  • Ability to work around animal products including pork (Not Handled)
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
  • Available to work Monday to Friday day shift
  • BI boiler license and forklift license (HRW) preferred but not essential
