About Our Client

My client is a belongs to a group that are part of a large internationally listed world leader in the engineering industry. My client is in 40 countries and head of operations run out of Melbourne. Being a global business our client has a proven record of facilitating the growth of its staff and providing excellent career progression.

Job Description

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your duties will include but not be limited to:

Responsible for the financial reporting, analysis and management of projects
Maintain and reconcile overall order intake with CRM
Review project performance to budget and forecast
Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with audit process
Build and foster strong cross functional relationships
Assist the Financial Controller in any other ad-hoc assignments

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will need:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or IT
CA / CPA qualified
Experience with IFRS 15
Strong analytical skill
Experience with large ERP's is favourable
Experience in a Projects based business
Ability to work autonomously
