Mako Robotics team based in
Melbourne, VIC looking after SA, VIC and TAS.

Responsibilities:

Establish and execute business plans in collaboration with JR teams to establish new and grow existing Mako accounts, in both the public and private sector
Partner with commercial, government affairs and external lobby teams, to develop federal and state government relationships. Build effective Mako value propositions and commercial solutions for public Mako acquisition whilst building Mako advocates within the public sectors
Build and develop relationships with State Managers across this territory with key private buying groups to demonstrate the value Mako delivers to their organization, to build advocacy and desire for further acquisition of Mako systems.
Partnering with Joint Replacement teams to identify and develop clinical and Key Opinion Leaders to drive the need for Mako in their hospitals.
Track record in exceptional capital sales success, in both growth and sustainability.
Exposure to medical environments, particularly hospital theatres
Experienced in working in a highpressured environment, whilst being able to identify new opportunities and retaining relationships.
Negotiation, presentation and communication skills to effectively build relationships with surgeons, Csuites, senior members of government and other key stakeholders
Experience with building and or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs
