    Description

    your responsibilities will include:

    ·Daily and monthly reports

    ·Patient Billing and Receipting/Medicare rebate

    ·Maintain accurate records

    ·Support our Doctors and patients across our consulting suits

    ·Manage a busy reception desk

    ·Coordinate with staff from other departments

    ·Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry

    Essential Criteria:

    ·Authority to Work in Australia

    ·Medical administration or medical reception experience is desirable

    ·Experience with Medical Software advantageous i.e. WebPAS, Zed Med, Genie, Clinic to Cloud

    ·Impeccable customer service

    ·Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

    ·Strong attention to detail

    ·Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
