About the role:

As the successful applicant, you will undertake a range of administrative support functions within the Knox Business Services Centre.
Victoria Police is a contemporary and agile workplace and supports flexible working arrangements.

Your duties will include:

Maintenance and management of accurate administrative and financial records and registers.
Undertake routine financial management of purchasing transactions and the verification and processing of invoices.
Understand routine administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, and ordering office consumables.
Book travel for Victoria Police employees.
Work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment with a strong customer focus.

As the successful applicant, you will have:

Proven experience in a role that required you to complete routine financial and purchasing transactions.
Ability to maintain systematic and accurate financial, payroll or administrative records in a confidential environment.
Ability to work in a team environment with the capacity to prioritise work and operate with mínimal supervision.
Developed keyboard skills using Microsoft Office suite

There is a full time, ongoing position available,
Position is located at the Eastern Region Headquarters, Knox (420 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South).
