Administration Officer needed to start ASAP and work over December and January - and maybe longer


We are looking for someone on a temporary basis to join this professional and busy finance team located in Braeside.

They need your help.


The role is Monday to Friday with an option to work either 9am - 5pm or school hours, they are quite flexible.

Your day will be varied and include the following:

  • Entering data into the database and client portals
  • Uploading service reports
  • Generating invoices and following up purchase orders
  • Generating statements
  • Checking information on internal information systems to ensure customer's service commitments and contractual agreements are being fulfilled
  • Plus other general office and administration duties as required such as answering the phones and mail sorting


You will have a few years of experience in a similar role, intermediate MS Office skills, great data entry skills, a friendly nature, and willing to learn and take on new tasks in this busy environment.
