About The Amy Gillett Foundation
The Amy Gillett Foundation was founded in 2006 and is Australia's leading bike rider safety organisation.

Dedicated to safe cycling, The Amy Gillett Foundation is driven by a core mission to reduce the death and injury of cyclists in Australia.


The Safe Roads for Safe Cycling program, funded by the Federal Government, is dedicated to creating safer road designs for cyclists.


The Role - Administration Officer


Reporting to the Executive Assistant, The Administration Officer will offer office and administrative support and assist with the setup and upkeep of a new CRM system.

This dynamic position will be suited to a proactive individual skilled in multitasking and attention to detail.

The role is based in the Melbourne CBD office, with a hybrid work arrangement and occasional travel for Foundation activities.


As Administration Officer, you will:


  • Providing general office support
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistant and Head of Operations to implement a new CRM and records management system, as well as an IT migration project to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
  • Coordinate monthly team meetings.
  • Manage travel bookings and reimbursements.
  • Reconciling credit card statements and processing invoices through Finance.
  • Assisting in programs and events
  • Undertaking additional tasks directed by the CEO, Head of Operations, and Executive Assistant.

Your Skills and Attributes

  • A genuine enthusiasm for bike riding, and dedication to the Amy Gillett Foundation's mission and values
  • Proficient written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain ethical conduct in all business interactions.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and support users during CRM adoption process.
  • Bachelor's degree highly regarded.
  • High level computer literacy including google suite, mail merge, excel, word, PowerPoint.
