    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Assist in the processing of transactions across multiple business units including:
      • Preparation of Accounts Payable vouchers
      • Supporting the Timesheet Administrator on tracking timesheet submissions and arranging corrections
      • Arranging the issue and cancellation of corporate credit cards
      • Verifying the accuracy of credit card transaction reports completed by cardholders
      • Preparing customer invoices
      • Liaising with internal stakeholders in relation to overdue debtors
    • Provide support in responding to queries from auditors and internal stakeholders
    • Participate in month-end close activities

    About you:

    • Experience working in a corporate finance function
    • Knowledge of systems for capturing time, recording supplier invoices, acquitting credit card expenses, and online banking
    • Basic to intermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications
    • Ability to work as an effective team member in a professional environment
    • Willingness to constantly update knowledge in a dynamic environment

    Special Requirements:

    Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens to be eligible for Defence clearance.
