About the Role


We are currently offering a full-time permanent position for a reliable and skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join our dynamic Finance teams located at our cutting-edge Australasian headquarters in the heart of Adelaide CBD.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Coordinator, the Accounts Payable Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Aviation Finance Division and actively contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the accounts payable process.

Key responsibilities encompass timely and accurate entry of accounts payable invoices, oversight of weekly supplier payments, management of outstanding invoices, resolution of invoice queries, and undertaking ad hoc finance function duties as necessary.
