About the role


Due to significant growth, the
Accounts Payable Officer will ensure the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and their payments for Babcock Australasia.

This will include (but not limited to) management of outstanding invoices, weekly supplier payments and resolution of invoice queries.


About you
You will demonstrate strong work experience in an Accounts Payable role within high volume, large corporate environments. You are competent using ERP software (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle or similar), Microsoft Office suite of products (esp. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and online banking platforms (e.g., ANZ Transactive Global).

You will work well under pressure to be able to meet demanding deadlines whilst still holding accuracy of output with attention to detail.
