About the Company
ServiceFM is a leading national service provider, specialising in facilities management since 1979.

Our company currently services over 2,000 sites and has well established offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra and Melbourne with our Head Office in Adelaide.


About the Role
Once well established in your duties as the Accounts Officer, two days a week can be worked from home. The team are professional, down to earth and collaborative.

The duties are broad and include finance administration, accounts receivable and some accounts payable for the electrical business unit but also for the group if needs be.


Duties

  • Invoice a range of clients with differing requirements
  • Purchase order matching
  • Finance data extraction from multiple platforms
  • Customer query resolution
  • Internal stakeholder liaison

Skills & Experience

  • Similar experience in a medium sized organisation preferred
  • Excellence in navigating finance systems and CRMs
  • Strengths in the MS suite and English grammar
  • Strong understanding of the accounting process
  • Business acumen and problem solving skills
