We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team at our Central Office located in Glenside.


About the role


The role has a shared responsibility of the accounts receivables, debt recovery function and other selected accounting functions within the Finance Department, using CIM and the financial systems.

Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Provide monthly reporting to the Accounts Manager on debt status
  • Provide backup for processing requests for invoices
  • Support the team in the Banking/ Receipting function
  • Completing reconciliations
  • Process Month End Journals
  • Create & maintain Debtor files in the database
  • Create & maintain Electronic Files

About you

  • Previous experience in a Financial Services related or Accounts Receivable role
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple systems concurrently
  • Strong Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to multitask and work towards tight deadlines
