We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Officer to fill a

Permanent Full-Time position at our North Adelaide Head Office, with an immediate start desirable.


About the role:


  • Provide the highest level of customer service to our key stakeholders, including our largest customers and our business development teams across Australia.
  • Ensure all customer contractual requirements and service expectations are met in full and ontime.
  • Responsible for the delivery of teamwork as part of a multidisciplinary team to foster collaboration, efficiency, and customer service excellence.
  • Ensure legislative compliance in the preparation of all billing and invoicing.
  • Regularly review the accounts receivable reconciliation to ensure all outstanding debtors are followed up appropriately, alert the Finance Manager with regards to arising issues of outstanding debtors.
  • Ensure all client invoices are accurately generated and any supporting documents attached in accordance with customer contractual requirements.
  • Ensure all invoices are correctly recorded and coded in the correct accounting period.
  • Create or review consolidated monthly invoices and prebilling documents for applicable clients, adhering to contractual KPI's.
  • Prepare reports in accordance with the company schedule.

About you:


  • Previous experience in a highvolume Accounts Receivable role, preferably within a national business operating across multiple states.
  • Demonstrable ability to speak with customers and resolve outstanding accounts in a respectful manner.
  • Experience in SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 36
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of GST legislation.
  • Demonstrable ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to deliver services in a manner consistent with the requirements of the client contract and/or Master Service Agreement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience interacting with a wide range of people.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills.
