The client
Having been established for close to 20 years, our client is a leading player in the masterplanned communities development space. Since their inception, they have completed 25 projects and have over 1000 lots in their development pipeline which will be delivered in the coming years. The business is well funded, and they continue to search and acquire new sites for development.
The role
Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Development Manager to join their team. This is an integral role in the business as you will be working on the acquisition and delivery of masterplanned community development sites for the company. Key responsibilities will include:
