What will you be doing in this role:
Assisting a team of industry experts you will play a critical role in bringing projects to life.

As the Assistant Development Manager your responsibilities are to ensure project deadlines are met through the end-to-end development cycle of luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

You will be immersed in all aspects of project lifecycle and project pipeline to ensure your skills are growing and your career is evolving.


  • Support the design and delivery of development projects
  • Manage project execution to meet milestones + compliance standards
  • Assist in the management of legal, regulatory, town planning etc
  • Provide recommendations for project feasibility
  • Manage internal and external consultants, to deliver all key milestones
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Assist with the submission of Development Applications
  • Liaison with Council throughout the DA process
  • Support the Development Manager to execute development objectives
  • Assist with negotiations
  • Manage customer variations and communicate project updates
  • Coordinate site inspections, settlements, and defect maintenance
  • Tertiary educated within property
  • 18 months experience in an ADM role
  • Experience with medium density residential developments
  • Strong project management and decision making skills
  • The ability to engage and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised
  • A valid NSW drivers' licence and reliable car
  • An open and collaborative team player
  • Full Australian work rights
