    Mandarin-Speaking Feedback Coordinator (Temporary Position)

    About Us: Airchild, a prominent marketing agency, is dedicated to comprehending and tackling client challenges. Presently, we are supporting a childcare facility in gathering feedback from their community, with a specific emphasis on the experiences of Mandarin-speaking parents.

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a professional fluent in Mandarin to join us on a temporary contract. Your primary task will involve making outbound calls to Mandarin-speaking parents of children attending our client's childcare facility. The aim is to gather detailed feedback on their experiences and document these insights using our CRM system.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct respectful and confidential outbound calls to Mandarin-speaking parents following a tailored script.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of conversations and feedback in our CRM for data integrity.
    • Analyze responses to pinpoint trends or recurring feedback themes.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Mandarin and English with outstanding communication skills.
    • Preferably located in Australia for logistical reasons related to time zones.
    • Proficient in CRM software for efficient tracking and data entry.
    • Prior experience in customer service, outreach, or a similar field is beneficial.
    • Ability to work independently with a focus on problem-solving.
    • Immediate availability for this temporary position.
