- Accurately log conversations and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring data quality.
- Analyse responses to identify trends or common themes in the feedback.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy throughout all communications.
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English, with exceptional communication skills.
- Preferably based in Australia for logistical time zone reasons
- Experienced with CRM software for tracking and data entry.
- Background in customer service, outreach, or a related field is advantageous.

The Role:
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking professional to join us on a temporary contract basis. Your main responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to Mandarin-speaking parents whose children have been enrolled in our clients childcare centre. You will collect detailed feedback on their experiences, using our CRM to document the insights gathered.
