    About Us:

    As a leading marketing agency, were committed to understanding and addressing our clients challenges. Currently, we are assisting a childcare centre in gathering feedback from their community, with a particular focus on the experiences of Mandarin-speaking parents.

    The Role:

    We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking professional to join us on a temporary contract basis. Your main responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to Mandarin-speaking parents whose children have been enrolled in our clients childcare centre. You will collect detailed feedback on their experiences, using our CRM to document the insights gathered.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct respectful and confidential outbound calls to Mandarin-speaking parents, using a tailored script.
  • Accurately log conversations and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring data quality.
  • Analyse responses to identify trends or common themes in the feedback.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy throughout all communications.

    • Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Preferably based in Australia for logistical time zone reasons
  • Experienced with CRM software for tracking and data entry.
  • Background in customer service, outreach, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Independent worker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Immediate availability for a temporary position.
