This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate change proposals, engage with employees, and provide HR guidance during transitional periods.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in documenting change proposals and crafting communications to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Develop key messages, presentations, and FAQs to facilitate smooth transitions during periods of change.
  • Maintain employee feedback mechanisms, actively responding to emerging themes and concerns.
  • Engage directly with employees affected by change, offering guidance and support on HR matters.
  • Organise and facilitate facetoface or online employee forums and dropins with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members.
  • Create comprehensive plans for change, coordinating their implementation and communication.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in change management or a related field, preferably within a government or unionfriendly environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex information and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the capacity to create clear plans and coordinate their execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling positive interactions with employees and leaders alike.
  • Proactive approach to addressing employee feedback and concerns, ensuring a supportive environment during periods of change.
