This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate change proposals, engage with employees, and provide HR guidance during transitional periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in documenting change proposals and crafting communications to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Develop key messages, presentations, and FAQs to facilitate smooth transitions during periods of change.
- Maintain employee feedback mechanisms, actively responding to emerging themes and concerns.
- Engage directly with employees affected by change, offering guidance and support on HR matters.
- Organise and facilitate facetoface or online employee forums and dropins with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members.
- Create comprehensive plans for change, coordinating their implementation and communication.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in change management or a related field, preferably within a government or unionfriendly environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex information and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, with the capacity to create clear plans and coordinate their execution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling positive interactions with employees and leaders alike.
- Proactive approach to addressing employee feedback and concerns, ensuring a supportive environment during periods of change.
