Description

As a Governance and Reporting Officer, you have a customer-centric approach to your work and are passionate about supporting a team that are committed to solving your customers business problems and issues.

Here are some of the activities you can expect to be doing:


  • Provision of secretariat services for ITB's Solution Advisory Group (SAG) and ICT Architecture Board, including liaising with key stakeholders in relation to the preparation of Group and Board papers and the coordination and management of Group and Board meetings and minutes.
  • Coordinate the department's response for formal review and feedback of Queensland Government Chief Information Office (QGCIO) consultation papers.
  • Administer Miro and Promapp software licences for TMR. Reconcile and coordinate quarterly invoice payments, extensions/variations paperwork and maintain appropriate records.
  • Coordinate customer newsletter outlining updates to ITB led projects, activities nand events.

This is a temporary flexible full-time position until 1 March 2024 with the possibility of extension.
