    The Opportunity
    As a TAFE Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with local functional areas including training delivery, student services, facilities management, and other corporate services to ensure excellence in service experience at the relevant learning location optimising community engagement including multicultural. On a day-to-day basis, you may find yourself managing accommodation requests, supporting campus emergency management, and working closely with the local facilities management team to set up events. You will also have the rewarding opportunity of supporting students in learning activities from enrolment through to course completion. This is a campus-based role and successful candidates will be required to work onsite.

    About You
    Applying your high level of customer service and can-do attitude, you are motivated and engaged to coordinate and facilitate on the ground services. You have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships and networking with various stakeholders and can build good rapport with your colleagues and community. You have excellent negotiation and communication skills. You are technologically savvy with sound experience within Microsoft Office Suite. Working independently, you are a self-starter and results driven team member who can problem solve whilst managing competing priorities. You are adaptable and have a keen willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks and support organisational goals.

    Essential Requirements
    To be considered for this role you need to meet the following essential requirements:

    • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience in relevant customer services environments

    • Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services that meet customer requirements.

    • Ability to work flexible shifts to align with TAFE operating hours (including evenings)
