Our client is a leading global company that prides itself on specialist machinery and equipment and is seeking to expand its team with the inclusion of a Service Coordinator for their Sydney Office.
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will act as the first point of contact representing the client and provide service support by logging incoming service requests.

The Role:
- Process incoming service requests both offsite and workshop repairs.
- Enter stock Transfer Orders on technician's advice per job request.
- Receive incoming phone calls, mail queues, logging service jobs, invoicing and credits in timely manner.
- Actively promote the Sales and Service business when dealing directly with customers.
- Invoicing of all closed service jobs.
- Previous Administration experience.
- Minimum 1 year fulltime equivalent call Centre experience or in a similar environment.
- Experience in service and parts operations and coordination of field service technicians (desirable).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Navision and Salesforce (desirable)
- Willingness to learn and participate in tasks/ team player.
