We are in the market for a customer-centric Service Coordinator who can guide the customers in the maintenance and repair of their construction machines as well as schedule work for service technicians on site.


Being on the frontline of the service department, you will need to serve customers in a friendly manner whilst listening carefully to their needs and expectations.


You will be required to inform them that their problems will be solved within a certain timeframe whilst building and developing relationships through the provision of excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are being met, and services are developed to meet their future requirements.


This role would be perfect for:

  • A service advisor/coordinator coming from the automotive trade or a similar industry that wants to transition into the construction industry
  • An individual with a good mechanical or hydraulic understanding
  • Someone that is wellorganised, driven and open to learning the ropes in a growing sector
The position is fast-paced and will require you to provide exceptional customer service day in and day out.

You can pick from an early start and early finish or choose the standard 9-5 hours if you prefer.

Salary:
up to $80,000 + Super.
