Talent focus is recruiting for a Service Coordinator role with a well-established automotive parts company based in South Western Sydney.

About the role:
Our client is a well-established business, trading now for 60 years and is currently seeking an experienced customer service coordinator to join their team due to recent expansion.
Working closely with a great team and reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders of the business.
About you:
- Minimum 3 years' experience within an administrative/ customer service or call centre business.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using SAP.
- Experience within a home appliance industry (desirable).
- Able to adapt and be flexible around tasks given.
- High level communication skills and professional phone manner.
- Selfsufficient and cooperative.
- Able to handle difficult conversations with customers.
