Talent focus is recruiting for a Service Coordinator role with a well-established automotive parts company based in South Western Sydney.

About the role:


Our client is a well-established business, trading now for 60 years and is currently seeking an experienced customer service coordinator to join their team due to recent expansion.

Work for a highly supportive and fast paced business offering full training and competitive pay and bonus structure.

Working closely with a great team and reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders of the business.


About you:


  • Minimum 3 years' experience within an administrative/ customer service or call centre business.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Experience within a home appliance industry (desirable).
  • Able to adapt and be flexible around tasks given.
  • High level communication skills and professional phone manner.
  • Selfsufficient and cooperative.
  • Able to handle difficult conversations with customers.
