About the opportunity


Reporting to the Service Delivery Lead - My Aged Care, this role will be responsible for ensuring the service functions efficiently and delivers to its contractual outcomes.


You can make an impact as you:

  • Overall operational responsibility to ensure effective/consistent service delivery.
  • Tracking of performance to KPIs and management of service delivery initiatives
  • Develop/maintain high level process maps and conduct periodic review(s).
  • Actively contribute to the Knowledge Management maintenance and feedback processes
  • Maintain and update key supporting documentation such as operations manuals.
  • Create and generate highlevel service reporting on a regular and adhoc basis.
  • Maintain a high level of competency and management of Complaints and Quality Management
  • Oversight of existing risks and their associated mitigating controls
  • Contribute to the overall operational tasks delivered as a team, to align with priorities.
  • Contribute to operational change as part of upcoming Aged Care reform.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the funder, service provider and internal stakeholders.
  • Work to identify continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and/or trends

You can contribute through your:


  • Experience as a Team Leader in an outsourced contact centre environment
  • Demonstrated effective time management and prioritisation skills
- manage workload and meet the required deadlines and targets.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Mature reporting capabilities, including data analysis.
