Building Services- Sydney, NSW- Full TimeWe are representing a nationally recognised Fire Protection contractor in the Western Sydney area. They are currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join their service team on a full-time basis.


This position is ideal for someone who has experience coordinating a team of blue-collar staff although Junior Coordinators are still encouraged to apply.

‍Responsibilities**:
‍

  • Coordinating and scheduling 710 technicians for service and maintenance breakdowns.
  • Supporting the Supervisor in managing the entire job life cycle from quoting through to ordering parts and equipment through to invoicing.
  • First point of contact for clients, site managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Scheduling for preventative maintenance and corrective action works.
  • Coordinating stock and materials for technicians.

Selection Criteria:
‍

  • 2+ years' experience in similar role is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating blue collar technicians.
  • High level of communication and a positive attitude is essential.
