    Description

    Full-time Senior Manager, Risk and Resilience

    $140k - $160k + super annually (depending on experience)

    Our client, a leading Risk Consultancy in Crisis Management and Business Continuity, is located in Melbourne's CBD and is looking to add a Senior Manager to their team. As part of this close-knit group, you will:

    • Provide strategic input for the consulting team
    • Support financial and operational risk requirements
    • Contribute to client deliverables across various areas
    • Identify new business opportunities
    • Lead and oversee a small team

    They are looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years experience in resilience management, particularly within boutique Risk Consulting firms. You should have strong leadership qualities, a proactive mindset, and the ability to nurture lasting connections.

    Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be engaging with clients, forging new partnerships, and interacting with senior stakeholders.
