    Description

    Zone IT Solutions is currently looking for a Business Development Manager specializing in IT Recruitment Services. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in order to grow our IT Recruitment Services business.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the IT recruitment industry
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
    • Strong knowledge of IT recruitment market trends and competitors
    • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
