    What we're looking for:


    3+ years experience in a management/ leadership positionA deep understanding of workforce planning principles and best practices, having been in similar positionsYou have apassion for people and a good levelof understandingaround people metricsYou're a wizard with workforce analytics tools and methodologiesA strong appreciation and understanding of howto leveragenew technology/ toolsHere's a snapshot of what you'll be diving into:Further develop strategic workforce planning maturity.

    Lead projects to enhance workforce data analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting.
    Provide oversight for critical pipelines, segments, and organisational design.
    Analyse and interpret workforce trends, identifying issues and risks, and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
    Work collaborativelyto identify opportunities to leverage off emerging technology that support people analytics.
    Ensure coordinated preparation and delivery of workforce data.
    Review and improve the organisation's workforce data requirements.
    Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest HR and talent trends.
    Apply strategic and operational HR principles to enhance workforce effectiveness.
    Participate in team performance planning and reviews.
