    About The RoleThe Finance Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving improvement and transformation within designated portfolios of the organisation.

    This position involves regular engagement with portfolio stakeholders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

    The Finance Business Partner is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and providing analytical support to optimise portfolio performance and support continued growth

    Key Responsibilities:
    Regular and ongoing engagement with designated portfolios to drive improvement and transformation initiatives.
    Periodic reporting of actual results compared to budget/forecast, offering insights into key drivers and performance metrics.
    Hold portfolios accountable to performance metrics and budgets, while providing support to identify and mitigate risks.
    Provide support and input into planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    Provide insight into shared P&L items to accurately report on the business unit's performance.
    Support the continued growth of a business unit experiencing strong growth, setting and reporting on key metrics and deliverables.
    Provide analytical support for key spending initiatives, tracking actuals against projections, and ensuring efficient resource utilisation.

    Engage with other leads/business partners such as People, Data and Analytics team to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of key operating metrics, or identification of risks of underachievement.

    Support the continued growth of the designated portfolio (marketing / call centre / early-stage business unit) through relevant experience in a relevant fieldAbout You
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldProfessional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent required.
    Proven experience in a finance business partnering or similar role, preferably in a dynamic and growing business environment.

    Understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; understanding financial modelling is advantageousExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.

    Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving business objectives.
    Proficiency in handling ambiguity and deriving insights from complex data sets.
    Experience in B2 B finance, planning, and market analysis is highly desirable.
    Familiarity with data analytics tools (Google's Lookr) and techniques is a plus.
    Demonstrated track record of driving improvement and transformation within designated portfolios.
    Experience in preparing and presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders.
    Ability to manage performance metrics and budgets while supporting risk mitigation efforts.
    Proficiency in planning and forecasting processes, with the capability to provide valuable input and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
    Experience in engaging with data and analytics teams to drive operational efficiency and achieve key metrics.
