• Oversee the preparation and translation of templates and agreements in English/French/Spanish. 
• Meet with Lawyers and align templates to different legal jurisdictions. 
• Manage relationship with suppliers to enhance and deliver greater value.
• Develop category strategy and analyse the marketplace to understand market trends, cost drivers and risks.
• Manage Sourcing activities in accordance with Contracts and Procurement policies and procedures. 
• Negotiate strategies and terms of complex, high risk and high value contracts.
