Ironfish is a leading Property Investment services leader and we are very proud that in the last 17 years we have partnered with over 12,000 clients to help them build and grow their own property portfolios.

We support our clients throughout all stages of the customer experience including property research, property selection, settlements support and ongoing innovative property management services.

We are looking for a service driven Team Administrator.

In this role, you will be the face of our Brisbane office and provide a broad range of administration support across a range of activities including Marketing, Events, Settlements, Sales Support, Property Management and coordination support across a range of activities within our Brisbane Teams.

With your passionate and dedication not only will you impress our clients but provide a wide range of administration and coordination support to our dynamic sales team.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a warm welcome to all visitors to our office making our vision and values shine
  • Provide a high level of professional service through effective switchboard management for all external phone enquiries
  • Assist our Branch Operations Manager and Sales Team across a variety of tasks including administration, marketing and event support, preparation of contracts and coordination of other key client activities
  • Assist with the setup and clean up procedures for a range of events including, seminars, project launches and sales meetings.
  • Proactively manage and maintain all meeting room facilities, technologies, kitchen and AV equipment ensuring it is clean, well presented and in good working order.
  • Deliver a range of other associated administration tasks linked to a range of our services and overall customer experience

To be successful in this role you must have:


  • Has strong telephone skills who is passionate about delivery great service to customers in every interaction
  • High level of corporate presentation and professionalism
  • Prior experience and success in the smooth coordination of a range of client activities including supplier management, contracts management, marketing activities, social media or events
  • Strong time management skills without compromising on quality or the customer experience
  • Flexible, adaptable approach and a can do attitude when faced with challenges
  • Proven ability to think outside the square and maintain a high attention to detail under pressure.
  • Demonstrated success delivering high standards of service to key stakeholders and clients at all levels.


  • Advanced PC skills

  • Microsoft Office and CRM. Experience with social media tools and Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage
