As our Assistant Property Manager, you will work under the direction of our experienced Senior Property Manager and be responsible for providing essential support and activities to ensure our portfolio is operating at maximum efficiency and delivers a great customer experience each time.

To meet the changing needs of our Perth portfolio, this dynamic role offers lots of variety, with no two days the same


Your core responsibilities include:

  • Be the key contact for customer liaison across a range of activities including tenant relations, stakeholder management, accounts management including maintenance and leasing activities
  • Manage our leasing functions, with a keen focus to ensure optimum rent and occupancy levels are achieved and maintained
  • Arranging and conducting Tenant Inspections, site visits, and other activities including the smooth management of our onboarding and offboarding arrangements
  • Manage the preparation of lease documents, including renewal options and rent reviews
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records across our systems
  • Act as the main liaison point for maintenance and repair activities, coordination of appointments, facilitation of routine inspections, processing of payments and a range of other tasks providing great service on each occasion

To be considered for this role we are looking for:

  • A passionate individual who is keen to further grow their Property Management career with 12 months of relevant experience
  • Valid WA Property Management Certificate with a keen interest to take on additional training and responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience managing and responding to a range of customer enquiries and deadlines
  • Systems savvy with strong systems and technology skills
  • Can be flexible, adaptable and a cando attitude when faced with change and challenges
