As a key team member supporting our Head Office Client Care and Settlements Team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing a range of processes, procedures, customer correspondence and communications to ensure our customers and management are kept informed regarding upcoming settlements, property updates and general information.
  • Distribute settlement related documents, pipeline reporting and other correspondence to our Branches, Developers and Management team
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and support to our Branches liaising with key internal and external stakeholders including our Head Office Property Team, Solicitors, Financiers, Property Management and other key parties involved in the settlement and handover process.
  • Provide regular periodical reports on our settlements pipeline and construction updates for our customers
  • General team coordination and support including the collation and management of data, contracts, customer correspondence and other information.

To be considered we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years administration experience in a hands on, autonomous role with tight, time critical deadlines ideally in property, settlements, conveyancing or residential lending
  • Strong administration skills with proven ability to maintain high attention to detail when faced with pressure
  • Can do, positive attitude who prides themselves on going above and beyond expectations
  • Proven ability to think outside the square, show initiative and effectively resolve conflict
  • Strong data and reporting skills with prior exposure collating statistics and reporting through use of a CRM or equivalent database
  • Strong systems skills who can quickly grasp new technologies and processes with mínimal direction
