We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands on and experienced Outbound Sales Contact Centre team member to join the Ironfish Sales Team.

This position will work closely with our National Head of Sales and will be part of a small team who support our National Property Strategist teams.

Reporting to our Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting our customer engagement team, providing mentoring and guidance in more complex issues with the view to reflect and improve upon in the future.
  • Assist with the collation and review of our leads and prospects, tailoring the nature of their interaction based on their profile.
  • Proactively reaching out to our customers and prospects sharing the latest updates and information on Ironfish's product, services, market insights and upcoming customer events
  • Identifying operational improvements and efficiencies within the team whilst maintaining a high quality of service
  • Contribute towards our ongoing review of our customer lifecycle and use of data to ensure our approach and strategies achieve positive outcomes for a range of customer types.
  • Prior experience within a KPIs focused sales contact centre environment
  • Demonstrated experience within a sales, telemarketing or business development role within a professional services industry
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, being able to build, nurture and engage with prospects across a range of demographics, adjusting their style and approach accordingly
  • Proven ability to achieve individual and team based 's targets. without compromising on service quality or standards
  • Proven ability to collate and extract information from a CRM interpreting key customer profile details and tailoring their style and approach to provide a personalised customer experience
  • Process driven focus and can lead by example and mentor others to achieve positive outcomes
  • Flexibility to works hours being 10.30am 6.30pm Monday to Friday
