This exciting opportunity offers lots of scope to grow and together with our training and support you will be on a career pathway to grow into an experienced Property Management professional.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Assist in the coordination of property management activities such as tenant relations, daytoday operations, and leasing functions
- Support all leasing functions, with a keen focus to ensure optimum rent and occupancy levels are achieved and maintained
- Arranging and conducting Tenant Inspections, site visits, and other activities
- Assist with the preparation of lease documents, including renewal options and rent reviews
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records across our systems
- Provide support in coordinating maintenance and repair activities, perform tenant outreach, and respond to tenant enquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare movein/moveout documentation
- Assist with calendar management, coordination of appointments, processing of payments, routine inspections, and a range of other tasks

- A passionate individual who is keen to further grow their Property Management career with 12 months of relevant experience
- Valid WA Property Sales Certificate with a keen interest to take on additional training and responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience managing and responding to a range of customer enquiries and deadlines
- Systems savvy with strong systems and technology skills
- Can be flexible, adaptable and a cando attitude when faced with change and challenges
