In this role you provide a range of coordination and administration support to ensure our Brisbane Property Management team provides the highest levels of service and a great customer experience in all interactions.

To meet the changing needs of our growing Brisbane portfolio.This dynamic role offers lots of variety, with no two days the same, your core responsibilities include:
- Support our Property Managers across a range of administration and coordination support activities including repairs, maintenance, document management and customer correspondence
- Assist with the preparation, coordination and distribution of key customer correspondence including tenancy agreements, trades, repairs ensuring each of our systems are updated
- Liaise with key stakeholders, customers and suppliers to coordinate inspections, site visits and other activities
- Proactively and professionally respond to client enquiries giving them assurance we are here to support them with their enquiry
- Assist with calendar management, coordination of appointments, processing of payments and a range of other tasks
To be considered for this role we are looking for:
- A passionate individual who is keen to further grow their Property Management career with 12 months relevant experience
- Valid QLD Property Sales Certificate with a keen interest to take on additional training and responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience managing and responding to a range of customer enquiries and deadlines
- Systems savvy with strong systems and technology skills
- Can be flexible, adaptable and a can do attitude when faced with change and challenges
