    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Plan and participate in strategic operational engagement activities with Equity Post Trade and Debt & Collateral teams.
    • Prepare and track engagement across common clients, co-ordinating with operations and business leads.
    • Support planning and implementation of regular operations engagement framework with clients to deliver strong engagement experience representing operations focus
    • Prepare relevant customer operational activity metrics, suitable for presentation internally and externally
    • Participate in internal customer collaboration and tracking forums as required


    The ideal candidate will possess experience the following:

    • 5 + years' management / team leader experience with customer engagement and / or front line operations of critical Financial Markets Infrastructure
    • Managed teams or directly supported activities that require a strong attention to detail
    • Performed activities that manage and maintain customer static data across complex integrated systems
    • Dealt with Trading, Clearing and/or Settlement clients in a support or relationship management capacity.
    • Familiar with the compliance and Operating Rule frameworks with demonstrated curiosity to develop a detailed understanding
    • Full Australian working rights and fluent English skills.
