The successful Client Engagement Manager will play a key role in the business development and growth of AGSM Short Courses and Lifelong learning courses.


The Opportunity


This is an exciting time to join our Lifelong Learning Team as a Client Engagement Consultant generating sales and managing the client experience throughout their program journey.


Working as part of a small and highly collaborative team responsible for the sales of a range of Short Courses, day to day activities centre on servicing active enquires, nurturing relationships to maximise repeat business, supporting customer administration and acquiring new clients to drive increased enrolment and revenue targets in both a B2B and B2C setting.

As a key point of contact for our growing client based, this role requires a high level of customer service and works closely with the logistics delivery team to ensure a seamless client experience from enquiry through to enrolment and their participation.


The role of reports to the UNSW Lifelong Learning Product Marketing Lead and has a dotted line to the Head of AGSM Program Sales.

The role has no direct reports.

We're looking for a confident communicator with proven dedication to customer experience to offer a seamless sales and enrolment journey for Short Course participants.


  • You'll have a personable approach and practiced written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining strong professional relationships and providing advice to clients/customers.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines, adopting a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience working with and an understanding of the value of CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team, collaborate across disciplines and build effective relationships.
