As our Brand & Client Engagement Leader you will join our Brand and Reputation team and drive brand initiatives while nurturing and expanding our client relationships.

Leading the Brand & Client Engagement team, you will play a pivotal role in building, strengthening and protecting our brand identity, driving client engagement and satisfaction, and working with Service Lines and Business Development to support and foster long-term client relationships across our G360, Focus, Core, Channel 1 & 2 clients and Key Buyers.

This multifaceted role is a 12-month contract due parental leave cover and offers an exciting opportunity to combine your brand management expertise with client engagement strategies while leading a strategically impactful team.


You will be natural networker who is passionate about brand and clients to raise the bar on our brand direction, deliver transformative brand and client engagement programs that significantly grow our share of voice, and engage internal and external audiences in distinctive and creative ways.

You will also have a challenge mindset, innate curiosity, a passion for building exceptional culture to create high performing teams and a natural drive to overcome the status quo.


Equal parts strategist and expert doer, you will go beyond employing foundational brand strategies to increase market visibility through new ideas that bring clients closer to EY Oceania and a long-term focus on building the right relationships and programs for all our key clients and buyers.

  • Proven expertise and a passion for developing brand and client engagement strategies and programs, internally and externally.
  • 8+ years brand, marketing and communications experience in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
