The Role

Our client is looking to hire a motivated, innovative and experienced VIP Client Relationship and Engagement Manager to join the established head office team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for luxury retail, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients. The VIP Client Relationship and Engagement Manager will report directly to the General Manager of the region and will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and maximizing sales opportunities through personalized and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities:

Focused on both retaining and acquiring clientele, this role involves nurturing existing relationships with top and high-potential customers while actively seeking out new prospects through networking and partnerships. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive client engagement plans aligned with global directives and local business needs, managing budgets, coordinating activations and gifting campaigns, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Additionally, the specialist leads in-store projects and tracks engagement activities to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Deep knowledge of global and Australian luxury market, brands, products, and trends.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a dedication to achieving results and fostering client loyalty.
