    Description

    We are looking for a State Operations Manager to join oversee our VIC & QLD sites

    • Build a culture that is consistent with the organisation's vision, purpose, values and strategy, focusing on impact and the achievement of measurable outcomes and accountability
    • Ensure workplace health and safety actions are completed maintaining a safe working environment in the workplace at all times.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards and
    • frameworks.
    • Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve financial performance and key performance targets.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships and work across other departments to develop whole of organisation business solutions.
    • Oversee the functions of Business Development and Marketing to support the broader business.

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication skills with ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders.
    • Ability to lead, manage, upskill and motivate team members to achieve set business goals.
    • Previous multi-site retail management experience
    • Experienced in achieving KPI's in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience managing commercials which may include cost control or managing or being responsible for your own P&L
    • Strong time management and organization skills
