    ABOUT THE ROLE
    The Mt Magnet operations team are seeking a Project Administrator, this is a 6-month Max Term opportunity working on a 8 days on, 6 days off roster.

    Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will:

    • Provide administrative support to the Asset Management and Maintenance Initiative Project.
    • Develop and manage documentation and drawing registers.
    • Develop, edit, and proofread project documentation and templates.
    • Assist with maintenance data searches, including asset and work history information.
    • Liaise with Document Controller and IT personnel to upload project documentation. including SharePoint.
    • Assist with beta testing / stress testing of new technology platforms.
    • Assist with project controls management and reporting (budget and schedule).
    • Provide logistics support to the project team, including;
      • Procurement of project resources.
      • Team roster management.
      • Site access.
      • Flights and accommodation bookings.

    ABOUT YOU
    To be successful in this role, we would like to see;

    • Certificate IV Business Administration.
    • At least 2 years' experience in a maintenance administration role in the mining or resources industry.
    • High level of attention to detail & organisational skills.
    • Advanced skill levels in using MS Word and MS Excel.
    • Exposure to flights, accommodation, and roster management in INX.
    • Exposure to a Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably Pronto.
    • Ability to work to deadlines and have timekeeping skills.
    • A West Australian C class driver's license (manual) and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance purposes.
