    MMS is currently in the midst ofa very exciting transformation, introducing new technologies and ways of working. It is against this backdrop that we have an opportunity for an Organisational Development Consultant to join our team.

    This role would suit someone early in their OD career who has some applied know-how in HR / OD project management. We could also consider a more experienced person at a 0.8 FTE. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development & Capability, you will play a key role in scoping, planning and delivering our existing program of People & Culture projects. It's a role that offers lots of variety, the opportunity to work with leaders and teams from all over MMS, and the opportunity to further develop and grow professionally.

    You'll do well if you are resourceful, enjoy a mix of BAU and project-based work, and if you likeworking with data and insights.

    Desired experience

  • HR / OD project management / project coordination
  • Collecting, preparing and analysing data and producing reporting insights and trends
  • Applied experience in organisation development, continuous improvement and/or human centred/employee experience design
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development
