    UX Design Program Manager

    Position Overview

    The Design Program Manager will support the Experience Design (XD) team in Asia Pacific to collaborate with global design colleagues and stakeholders. Your role involves developing experience foundations for the Autodesk Fusion cloud product, promoting efficient design systems, and enhancing collaborative design efforts between teams in the USA and Asia Pacific.

    This hybrid position in Kilsyth, Melbourne reports to the Director of User Experience.

    • Design Program Management focused on critical experience building blocks for Autodesk Fusion's future
    • Develop project plans, scope, and schedule.
    • Drive communication and collaboration across multiple teams, offices, and time zones
    • Ensure program completion within defined parameters
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain effective communication channels
    • Organize program team meetings and communications
    • Manage initiatives focused on design system maturity, efficiency, and impact
    • Promote design-focused collaboration within and outside the team
    • Coordinate programs for design extensions to the Autodesk Design System
    • Design and run the governance program for system extensions
    • Design programs to support team health

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • 5+ years of design program management experience in software
    • Familiarity with user-centered design, UX tools and techniques, and Agile methods
    • Track record of managing and completing initiatives successfully
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams
    • Demonstrated strong writing, reporting, and presentation skills
    • Ability to travel as needed
