Overall experience - 15+ years


Relevant experience - 3 to 5 years


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project sponsor, business, crossfunctional teams, and technical teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new change initiatives
  • Manage program or project teams as per schedule and within budget.
  • Identify key requirements for crossfunctional teams and external vendors for both BAU and change
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the Digital department.
  • Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for stakeholders
  • Support and guide BAU team and BAU lead on need basis.

Technical Skill

  • Must have minimum 2+Years of experience of managing BAU and Change teams for GE Power On technologies.

Other Skill

  • Should have Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Should have good attitude and learning desire
  • Should have good stakeholders Management experience
  • Should be able to manage customer independently
  • Should have team building and collaborative working skills
  • Should have exposure to offshore delivery model
