Business Development Manager – No Account Management

About Us

WhiteCollarBlue are a nationally recognised HR Solutions provider of choice, delivering outsourced HR initiatives across all industries. Services not only include a full range of recruitment services covering both the White and Blue Collar sectors but also HR support and consultation.

The Role

WhiteCollarBlue are in search of BDM's for both our Sydney and Melbourne branches.

Successful applicants will have previous B2B experience and a Strong Business Development background.

We are searching for a HUNTER with GRIT
This will suit a person who is KPI and outcome focused.
Someone who is highly intuitive when engaging in the Sales and Negotiation process.
This role is high activity focused - high volume prospecting.

As a member of the sales team – others will look to you for leadership in drive – determination - persistence and sales outcomes. Your role is critical in its success for others to step up to the same challenges.

This role is 100% Sales focussed with NO ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT REQUIRED

As a Business Development Manager, you are required to keep accurate sales and marketing information through daily recording in our company CRM Database.
