The Manager, Learning and Development manages a team in the design and development of innovative, accessible, and high-quality professional learning resources with input from key stakeholders to support NSW teachers and school leaders

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Learning and Development with:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team in the design and implementation of digital products in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Applied knowledge of adult learning principles in the development of professional learning resources
  • Demonstrated ability to manage consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders, to meet competing interests and demands in a business environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
